Clear Skies Commodity collects the contact details and project information you choose to provide through the project enquiry form, by email or by phone. This may include your name, work email, company details, research question, commodity, geography, intended decision and timing.

We use this information only to review and respond to enquiries, define and deliver an agreed research engagement, administer the client relationship, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for third-party advertising.

Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate our communications and business, or when disclosure is required by law. We retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above and take reasonable measures to protect it, although no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.

To request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask a privacy question, email info@clearskiescommodity.com. We may need to retain limited records where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Clear Skies Commodity provides independent commodity market research, price and market analysis, supply-chain research, supplier research and business reports. Each engagement begins with an agreed scope covering the research question, geography, deliverables, timing, fees and any client responsibilities.

Prices shown on this website are indicative fixed-scope package prices, not binding offers. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before work begins, and the services displayed on this website do not exceed $5,000 unless the client separately requests and approves a different custom engagement.

Research is prepared for business information and decision-support purposes. We triangulate sources believed to be reliable and explain assumptions where appropriate, but markets, prices, supply conditions and supplier information can change. No forecast, commercial outcome, supplier performance or source completeness is guaranteed, and our work is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

Unless the agreed scope states otherwise, the client may use the final deliverables internally for its business purposes. Clear Skies Commodity retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks and working materials. Confidential information supplied for an engagement will be used only to perform that engagement, subject to any disclosure required by law.

Our research is custom work performed against an agreed scope. A client may request cancellation by emailing info@clearskiescommodity.com. If cancellation is received before research begins, amounts already paid will be refunded, less any non-refundable payment-processing charges or other costs the client approved in advance.

After work begins, fees remain payable for research completed and approved third-party costs incurred up to the cancellation date. Any remaining prepaid balance for work not performed will be refunded. Work is considered started when source collection, analysis, supplier screening, interviews or preparation of a deliverable begins under the agreed scope.

Completed and delivered research is non-refundable because it is prepared specifically for the client. If a delivered report materially differs from the agreed scope, the client should contact us promptly; we will first review the concern and, where appropriate, correct or complete the affected work.

If Clear Skies Commodity cancels an engagement for reasons not caused by the client, the client will receive a refund for any prepaid work not performed. Any engagement-specific written agreement will control if its cancellation or refund terms differ from this policy.
